Privacy Policy

Who we are

This site is operated by Yellow Bricks Co.,Ltd. (“we”, “us”), the company behind the KLEORIN brand, based in Seoul, Korea. You can reach us at hello@kleorin.com.

What this site does — and does not — do

This site presents our brand and products. You cannot buy from this site. We do not take orders, we do not process payments, and we do not ask you to create an account. When you choose to buy, we send you to a marketplace partner, and from that point the partner’s own privacy policy applies.

What we collect

When you contact us. If you write to us or use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to answer you, and we keep it only as long as needed for that conversation and any follow-up.

When you browse. Our site runs on Shopify, which records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site you came from. We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working. Shopify also sets cookies needed to serve the site.

Your region choice. If you pick a country in the region selector, we store that choice in your browser so the right buying links appear next time. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

We do not collect payment details, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

We use the information above to answer enquiries, to operate and improve the site, to show the right buying options for your region, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts this site and provides its analytics.
Service providers we use to run the site or reply to you, acting on our instructions.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

Our marketplace partners are separate businesses. We do not pass your details to them; if you follow a link and buy, that relationship is between you and the partner.

Because our providers operate internationally, your information may be handled outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to object to certain processing or ask for a copy of your data. Write to hello@kleorin.com and we will respond within the period the law allows.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version published here applies from the date at the top.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 September 2026

1. About this site

This website is operated by Yellow Bricks Co.,Ltd. (“we”, “us”), the company behind the KLEORIN brand.

This site presents our brand and products. We do not sell products directly through this site and do not process payments here. Purchases are made through the official marketplace partners we link to, and each purchase is governed by the terms of that marketplace or seller, not by these terms.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Product information

We take care to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, volume and intended use. Product information on this site is for general reference. Packaging, formulation and availability may differ by country, and the information shown by a marketplace partner at the point of sale takes precedence over this site.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, consult a qualified professional before use, and patch test first.

3. Prices and availability

Prices shown on this site, where shown, are indicative. The price you pay is the price set by the marketplace partner in your country, including any taxes, duties and shipping charges that apply there.

We may change or discontinue any product at any time, and availability varies by country.

4. Purchases, shipping and returns

Orders, payment, delivery, cancellation and returns are handled by the marketplace partner you buy from, under that partner’s terms and the consumer law of your country. Please contact the seller you purchased from for any order issue.

If you cannot resolve an issue with a seller, or you believe a seller is not an authorised KLEORIN partner, contact us and we will help where we can.

5. Using this site

You may view, download and print material from this site for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use our text, photography, logos or brand names for commercial purposes without our written permission.

All content on this site, including the KLEORIN name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

6. Links to other sites

This site links to marketplace partners and other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their handling of your data. Reviewing their terms is your responsibility.

7. Our responsibility

We provide this site “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error free or up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this site.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
